Making Sense of Your Worth

Recognizing our self-worth is fundamental to our identity as humans, and it's highly valued in today's society. This eight-week program is crafted for men, women, and teens who seek the empowerment that comes with a positive sense of self-worth and secure attachment. "Making Sense of Your Worth" takes participants through a step-by-step journey, replacing societal misconceptions about who we are with the authentic truth of our identity.

Women With ADHD

Would you like to better understand your brain-based difficulties, overcome your negative self-talk, and find your tribe? This group will increase your ability to embrace all parts of you in order to live from your most authentic self! Sessions will be dedicated to learning, reflecting, and sharing with others who also experience the challenges and strengths of ADHD.

Strengthening Bonds

Thank you for considering taking this step to enhance your relationship through Strengthening Bonds. Strengthening Bonds utilizes a variety of modalities and practices combined to assist couples in communication, conflict resolution, and enhanced intimacy to build strong connections.
