Making Sense of Your Worth

Recognizing our self-worth is fundamental to our identity as humans, and it's highly valued in today's society. This eight-week program is crafted for men, women, and teens who seek the empowerment that comes with a positive sense of self-worth and secure attachment. "Making Sense of Your Worth" takes participants through a step-by-step journey, replacing societal misconceptions about who we are with the authentic truth of our identity.

The program caters to individuals aiming to cultivate positive self-worth or establish secure attachments. Participants engage in group sessions designed to help them unravel how life events may have contributed to low self-worth. These sessions focus on identifying and challenging the "lies" individuals believe about themselves, such as "I am not good enough" or "I am not smart enough." The goal is to replace these falsehoods with the truth. Once participants break free from past beliefs, the program shifts towards rebuilding a new life grounded in positive self-worth and provides tools for maintaining these positive changes.

The program consists of eight sessions, one eveing per week, each lasting two hours. Separate classes are offered for men and women.

Cost:
The total cost of this program is $300 which can be paid in total or split payments are accepted.
